REGISTRATION

• No fee will be charged for participation in the workshop.

• At the end of the workshop, certificates of attendance will be given to participants. Abstract book will be downloadable via our website.

• With the reason that the workshop is a one-day event, oral presentations will be done by only invited speakers. 

Attend the workshop, you must fill Registration Form below and send an e-mail to nihanakin@gazi.edu.tr. Your registration confirmation e-mail will be sent within 1 working day.

Poster Presentations:

Participants who want to attend the workshop with a poster presentation need to submit to an abstract that will describe the content of the work. The Abstract should be prepared in Turkish or English with minimum of 150 words and maximum of 250 words. Those who submit their abstracts in Turkish should write English title by writing the "/ sign" after the Turkish title. Posters should be prepared to fit the panel with 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (length) sizes.

For Poster Abstracts, Deadline: April 20, 2018.
Notification of Poster Acceptance Date: April 25, 2018.

*** Poster Awards***

Jury members selected by the organization committee will score the presented posters. The top three (3) posters with the highest score will be announced at the end of the workshop as the first, second and third best poster.
